O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2015 and to offer police protection at the cost of the petitioner and also to evict all the trespassers including members of the 2nd respondent Union from the petitioner's factory premises at Sholingur, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police have registered a case in crime No.140 of 2015 under Section 142, 343 IPC.

4. It is also represented that there is an industrial unrest in the factory of the petitioner and therefore, the 1st respondent police is directed to afford police protection to maintain Law and Order in and around the petitioner's factory for the purpose of preventing breach of peace.
