The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that already the H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2016 was ordered exparte and he has filed a petition to set aside the exparte order and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file fresh Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition if the H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2016 is restored. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
