ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 16.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 392, 394 and 397 of IPC in P.R.C.No.16 of 2018 in Crime No.875 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to non-appearance of the petitioner before the committal Court, NBW was issued against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial and to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. He would further submit that there are 14 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that there are 14 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of bail. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petitioner is dismissed.
