Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to dispose the petitioners representation dated 27.02.2015 for measuring and demarcating the petitioners house site H.S. 46/1417 in site 100 in Survey No.447/2C to the total extent of Hec. 00.10 Ares as per Patta dated 17.04.2008.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that she is residing in Mariyamman Koil Street, Karungali Kuppam Village, Kalvasal Post, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District and she got the assignment patta in H.S.46/1417 in site 100 in Survey No.447/2C on 17.04.2008 and even prior to the grant of assignment patta would state that she is in enjoyment of the same for more than 20 years. further state that she and her husband had also put up a superstructure. The petitioner approached the office of the fourth respondent very many times to measure and demarcate the property as per patta documents and in this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 27.02.2015 and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
