ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's wife M.Chamundeeshwari, aged about 53 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue was traced out by the police authorities and handed over to her family members. That being so, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
