(Order of the Court was made by M. SUNDAR,J.) This Order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original order dated 17.05.2021 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. A1/3443/2021 .[hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

Mr.S. Dayalan, learned counsel representing Mr.P. Manikandan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that only a copy of the impugned order has been served to the writ petitioner and hence, he was not able to file the original. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: '12.

I submit that I have been served with the copy of the impugned order alone and hence the production of original impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.A1/3443/2021 dated 17.05.2021 shall be dispensed with. Ends of justice balance of convenience therefore require that the production of the original impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.A1/3443/2021 dated 17.05.2021 shall be dispensed with for the present and thus render justice.

The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
