This petition has been filed to amend the cause title and quash petition's paragraphs 2,5,9,11,16,18 and grounds - i, iv and quash petition's prayer in the above said quash petition as "C.C.No.64 of 2020 (on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vikkiravandi) instead of C.C.No.153 of 2019 (on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram)

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.
