CRP No.2710 of 2022 C.R.P.No.2710 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN J., This Court vide order dated 30.08.2022 has directed the Learned Subordinate Judge, Jeyankondam to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.116 of 2010, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Sub Judge, Jayankondam has now sought for extension of time by letter dated 01.07.2023 to dispose of the case stating that on the request of advocate commissioner, the case was adjourned to several hearing dates and on 15.06.2023, the Advocate Commissioner filed a memo stating that he was unable to execute the commissioner warrant due to his illhealth. On 28.06.2023, the plaintiff counsel stated that the advocate commissioner has been admitted in hospital due to liver jaundice.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.

3. Accordingly, three months time is granted to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.116 of 2010.
