This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2125 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26885 of 2022 dated 15.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation has been completed and the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and taken up for trial in S.C.No.56 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Erode.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on 28.04.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
