(The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 28.02.2020 and for the more than 180 days she was in custody and he would seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 167(ii) of Cr.P.C., before the concerned Subordinate Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as with drawn with a liberty as stated supra.
