Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2021 and to extend the ordinary leave for a period of 30 days from 29.05.2021 to 28.06.2021 to the petitioner's husband Mr.Sekar @ Gunasekar, Son of Sachidanandham, aged 57 years, Life Convict, Ct.No.21210, Central Prison, Vellore (Now on leave and stayed at Gudiyatham).

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.05.2021 and to extend the ordinary leave for a period of 30 days from 29.05.2021 to 28.06.2021 to the petitioner's husband Mr.Sekar @ Gunasekar, Son of Sachidanandham, aged 57 years, Life Convict, Ct.No.21210, Central Prison, Vellore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is seen from records that the detenu/petitioner's husband Mr.Sekar @ Gunasekar, Son of Sachidanandham was released on ordinary leave for 30 days from 28.04.2021 to 29.05.2021. 3.Since this Court finds that no further leave requires to be extended to the petitioner's husband/detenu, this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
