Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 03.03.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No. 4867 of 2020 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders"

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 4867 of 2020 dated 03.03.2020, that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No. 4867 of 2020 on 03.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complied with the the conditions.
In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 4867 of 2020, on 03.03.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on the first working day of every month until further orders.
With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
