O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 01.10.2020 made in W.P.No.202 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made educational loan application to the second respondent and since the same was not considered, filed W.P.No.202 of 2020 before this Court and this Court vide order dated 01.10.2020 directed the petitioner to furnish the application in person with necessary documents and issued direction to the respondents to consider the same and to pass orders. The learned counsel further submitted that subsequently, the petitioner completed his studies. 3.Since the petitioner completed his studies, there is no necessity for grant of educational loan and hence there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. 30.08.2024 pri Index: Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No 2/3
