This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 233 days in filing the above appeal suit.

2. Notice was served to the respondents and Mr.Raja Janakiraman has filed vakalat for the respondents and the same has been returned. Today, none appeared for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in order to give fair opportunities to the parties to contest the appeal on merits, this petition is ordered, accordingly.
