ORDER
On 15.03.2014, the petitioner gave a representation to respondents 1 to 3 stating that property in S.No.37/1 total extent of 32 cents was purchased by her husband Abdul Wahab vide sale deed document No.2187 of 1979 registered at Sub Registrar's Office at Saidapet and the land in S.No.67/5B to an extent of 4 cents was acquired from his ancestors. A power deed followed by the sale deed has been obtained by one Rambabu @ AdityaRam. The said power deed was in his name and the sale deed was made in favour of his wife illegally. A suit was filed by the petitioner's husband in O.S.No.325 of 2006 on the file of Principal District Munsif at Alandur for declaration and injunction against the said Rambabu and his wife. the said suit was decreed, though exparte. The application filed by the said Rambabu and his wife to set aside the exparte decree was dismissed. Based upon the above said facts, the petitioner made request for change of patta. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Considering the pendency of the representation dated 15.3.2014 made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the third parties. The petitioner is also directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 15.3.2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by enclosing a copy of this order.
