This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Crime No.10 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli on 16.04.2024 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.40 of 2024.

3. In view of the above fact, petition to quash the FIR is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to work out their remedy challenging the final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
