This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 26.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this case is in counter. It is alleged by the petitioner that he was assaulted by his brother and he suffered injuries, whereas, the respondent police registered a case against him, after receiving the complaint of his brother.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the allegations of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
