By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that G.A.Educational and Charitable Trust has established Shri Vidhyodhaya College of Education to provide quality education to the downtrodden and economically backward people of Villupuram District. The Trust has also obtained recognition to start B.Ed course with an annual intake of 100 students from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) vide proceedings dated 25.02.2015 and also got affiliation from the first respondent University vide proceedings dated 21.04.2015. The petitioner would further claim that it is having all the necessary requirements and infrastructure to seek for additional intake of students from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
academic year 2016-2017 except the No Objection Certificate from the first respondent and hence, submitted an application dated 29.05.2015 seeking for No Objection Certificate from the affiliating body namely, the first respondent and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. 4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/ representation dated 29.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 15.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
