ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 27.02.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.17015 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 14(b) of the order dated 27.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 17015 of 2025 is modified to that effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once a week ie., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
