This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On the complaint given by this petitioner to the respondent police, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.347 of 2015.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the complaint given by this petitioner has been transferred to W-8, All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam.
