O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action and register a case on the complaints made by the petitioner dated 23.07.2014 vide receipt No.2215/2014 and on 18.12.2014 in C.S.R.No.383/2014 to the Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 23.07.2014, in which, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed and all the documents were returned to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. According to the petitioner, jewels have not yet been returned. While so, the petitioner lodged a complaint, in which, CSR No.383 of 2014 has been registered on the allegation that the opposite party had threatened the petitioner. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 18.12.2014 in CSR No.383 of 2014 and take action in accordance with law.
