The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ 366 A IPC in Cr. No.325 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) would submit that the case has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner has to take steps to file fresh petition by mentioning the above Police Station as party respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has not been uploaded in the Police Website and requested to take necessary action with regard to the same.

4. At the request of the petitioner's counsel, the learned counsel for the respondent is directed to take necessary steps to upload the FIR in the official Website.
