[ RESPONDENT ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned order dated 13.03.2015 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits. O R D E R

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner who is an employee of the Co-operative Society was placed under suspension and he has come forward with this Writ Petition, questioning the said order of suspension. 3.When this Court has pointed out that the Writ Petition is not maintainable against the Co-operative Society, in view of the larger Bench decision of this Court in the case of K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Namakkal) [(2006) (4) CTC 689], the learned counsel for the petitioner pleaded that the petitioner may be given liberty to approach Revisional Authority as per the provisions contained under section 153 of the Co-operative Societies act.

4.In these circumstances, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ Petition would not preclude the petitioner from approaching the Revisional Authority. It is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

clear that if the petitioner has approached the Revisional Authority, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Revisional Authority is directed to consider the same without reference to the delay and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
