ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.35655 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35655 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the trial Court weekly twice i.e on Monday and Friday morning at 10.30. a.m. until further orders".

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 15-04-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police Palladam Police Station, Tiruppur District.
