ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to register the Sale Deed and to release the document. 2.Heard Mr.R.Balaguru Swamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/6 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that even though the online application was made and token was generated, the physical document was never presented before the 3 rd respondent and therefore, the 3 rd respondent did not have an occasion to deal with the document and the objections that have been given by the rival claimants. The learned Government Advocate submitted that as and when the document is presented, the 3 rd respondent will take a decision by either registering the document, if it is otherwise in order or refuse to register the document by issuing a refusal Check Slip.

4.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the document for registration before the 3 rd respondent. The rd respondent on receipt of the same shall deal with the objections given by the rival parties and take a decision, within a period of one week.
