Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to register the Arbitration Award dated 23.01.2014 and additional award dated 29.12.2014 in Arbitration Proceedings No. 33/2013 in the property situated in Survey No.91/2A1 having Patta No.850 situated in A.Reddihalli Village Dharmapuri District to the extent of 1.16 hectare land by considering the representation dated 25.02.2015. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would submit that Arbitration Award dated 23.01.2014 in Proceedings no.33/2013 and Additional Arbitration Award in the same Proceedings dated 29.12.2014 came to be passed by the Arbitrator and it was put to challenge under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 under O.P.No.22 of 2014 by the petitioner and later on it was closed as infructuous. Thereafter, petitioner approached the second respondent for registration of Arbitration Award dated 23.01.2014 as well as the Additional Arbitration Award dated 29.12.2014 and since no action has been taken https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the second respondent, submitted a representation dated 25.02.2015 to the respondents and though the representation was acknowledged, no orders were passed and hence came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Kumaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the respondents 3 to 5 and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
