(CRIME NO.151/2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.286/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of the Petitioner/Appellants/Accused imposed upon them by Honble Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahil Court), Villupuram in SC NO.362/2014 dated 19.11.2020 and enlarge the petitioners/appellants/accused 1 and 2 on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal. CRL.A.No.286/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.286/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAVIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.BABU MUTHU MEERAN ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] There was no representation for the petitioner on 04.08.2021.

Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 18.08.2021. On 18.08.2021 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 19.08.2021. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
