Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.not known of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was enquired and temporarily closed, since the petitioners have not produced the documents.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on receipt of summons or intimation and shall co-operate with the enquiry.
