Today i.e., on 18.07.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and to that effect, a withdrawal memo has also been filed.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also on perusal of the withdrawal memo filed by the petitioner, this Arbitration Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
