This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 12.01.2018 made in EP.No.41 of 2016 in RCOP.No.115 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

The present civil revision petition was listed for admission on 19.09.2018. At the request of the learned counsel for the caveator, the matter was adjourned to 31.10.2018 for filing counter. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter. As such, the civil revision petition is pending for nearly three years without even admission or ordering notice to the respondent. Even today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner before this Court. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the civil revision petition. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain the civil revision petition.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
