This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.6142 of 2022 dated 23.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
