O R D E R

Since the order of the Writ Court made in W.P.No.25780 of 2017 dated 03.10.2017 to consider the request of the petitioner for regularization was not considered, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein had filed a Petition in Contempt Petition No.125 of 2018 for the same cause of action, which has been closed by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court in view of the proceedings of the first respondent/Municipality in Na.Ka.No.1047/2017/F1 dated 22.01.2021, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's representation for regularization was rejected on 25.06.2018. As such, the disobedience alleged on the part of the respondent in the present Writ Petition, cannot be termed as 'willful' in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
