2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter and having criminal antecedents and he has faced 13 cases so far. It is the normal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

practice particularly during the election to summon the history sheeters and to have periodic check over them. The petitioner was also called to the Police Station for normal routine check up.
