[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the the respondents to refix the petitioner name to its original place in Serial No.28 in the panel list for the Post of Manager and promote him to the post.

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to refix the seniority in the post of Deputy Manager and to promote him to the post of Manager.

3.According to the petitioner, he approached the Revisional Authority on 25.6.2015, under the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act in this regard. It is also his case that he has questioned the proceedings dated 11.2.2010, before the Revisional authority. According to the petitioner, as he has waited for the outcome of the criminal case, there was delay in approaching the Revisional Authority. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner has also filed an application to condone the delay in approaching the Revisional Authority. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In these circumstances, The first respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner including the application to condone the delay in preferring the Revision, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
