Comp.A.No.261 of 2023 Comp.A.No.261 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicants seek to implead Indian Bank as the third and fourth respondents in Comp.A.No.237 of 2022. By taking into account the fact that the relevant immovable property has been purportedly mortgaged by the applicants in favour of Indian Bank, this application is liable to be allowed.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicants are directed to carry out the amendments in Comp.A.No.237 of 2022 on or before 05.07.2023 and serve a copy of the amended application on the other parties on or before 12.07.2023. The impleaded parties are directed to serve a copy of the counter on the other parties at least two days prior to the next date of hearing. List the matter on 19.07.2023.
