The complaint lodged by the petitioner herein alleging his son went missing after writing a suicide note is now sought to be investigated by some other agency other than the 4th respondent, who has registered the complaint.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner that his son is missing, Crime No.49 of 2024 dated 22.02.2024 registered. However, the son of the petitioner returned back home on 05.03.2024 and therefore, there is nothing to investigate in this case neither about the suicide note nor missing his son. Hence, there is no necessity to transfer the investigation, since the complaint itself has reached logical end in view of return of the petitioner's son home alive. 3.

In the light of the above fact, this Court finds no reason to entertain the petition to transfer the investigation. If the petitioner has any other grievance, he has to move appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4
