By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that after finishing her degree course, she joined B.Ed course in the second respondent college during the Academic year 2009-2010. It is the specific case of the petitioner that at the time of joining the B.Ed course during 20092010, it was recognized and also approved by the first respondent. Later on, the recognition of the second respondent was withdrawn and hence, the students like the petitioner were not permitted to sit for the examination. The second respondent institution filed W.P.No.7602 of 2010 praying for a direction to the first respondent to permit the students to sit for the examination. This Court, vide order dated 26.05.2011, permitted the students, who are pursuing B.Ed in the second respondent college, to sit for the examination. filed W.P.Nos.20601, 20602, 5021 and 4460 of 2014 praying for declaration of the result and this Court vide common orders dated 20.11.2014 and 09.10.2014 allowed the writ petitions and directed the first respondent, who is also arrayed as first respondent in this writ petition, to declare the results subject to the petitioners therein having been qualified for admission to the B.Ed course and subject to the petitioners therein having attendance requirements. Further, it was directed that the result should be declared within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Hence, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition with the similar prayer.

3.Heard the submissions made by Mr.G.Arunachalam, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.U.Venkatesan, who accepts notice for the first respondent.

4.This Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, is disposing of the writ petition by directing the first respondent to declare the result of the writ petitioner, subject to the petitioner having been qualified for admission to the B.Ed Course and subject to the petitioner having attendance requirements. The respondents shall declare the results of examination written by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
