The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 30.08.2017 and 05.09.2017 and receive the 'E' form and to renew the Federation Registration No.3365/CNI and consequently treat the Federation as INFORCE to till date. 2.The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the said representation submitted by the writ petitioner was considered and an order was passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner No.I, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018, in proceedings dated 28.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the fact that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
