O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.10.2020 for the offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(C), 25, 27A, 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.1109 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 22.100 kg of Ganja and another that 28.500 kg of Ganja from A2. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently objects to release the petitioner on bail on stating that Commercial quantity. In this case, the petitioner was found 24 kgs of Ganja. There are 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner. The charge sheet already been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
