This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23962 of 2023, dated 07.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23962 of 2023, dated 07.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
