Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus for a consequential direction
to modify the respondent's impugned order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act in Crl.M.P. No.204/2025 dated 21.02.2025 wherein the Advocate Commissioner's fee has been fixed at Rs.75,000/-, which is exorbitant and consequently, to revise the Advocate Commissioner's fee to a nominal and justifiable amount in the interest of natural justice, ensuring that the borrower does not unnecessarily bear the burden of such exorbitant expenses.
