ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first Monday of every Page No.1 of 4

month till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17770 of 2023 dated 08.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12934 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12934 of 2023 by order dated 20.06.2023 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.Nos.11807 & 17770 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12934 of 2024 dated 04.08.2023 and 08.11.2023 respectively is relaxed.
