By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he was elected as Founder and also the President of the Tamil Nadu Village Administrative Officer's Association and the President of Village Administrative Officers Social Education Trust as well as the General Secretary of Tamil Nadu Retired Village Administrative Officer's Association. According to the petitioner, the Tamil Nadu Village Administrative Officer Welfare Association is running a magazine called "Grama Nirvagi", which is the official bulletin for the Village

Administrative Officer's Association. The petitioner would further submit that the rival association, namely Tamil Nadu Village Administrative Officer Sangam, without getting necessary permission from the Government of India as well as from the State Government, have started publishing a magazine called "Ungal Grama Nirvagi" and though it was objected to by the Tamil Nadu Village Administrative Officer's Association, the Government has issued an order in G.O.Ms.No.27 PAR (K) Department dated 23.02.2010 granting permission to run the magazine called "Ungal Grama Nirvagi". The petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 19.06.2015 praying for cancellation of G.O.Ms.No.27 PAR (K) Department dated 23.02.2010 and since no orders have been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the third respondent and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent.
