ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.628 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Trial Court daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that though the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly, this Court had specifically directed the petitioner to appear for a period of three months and since the investigation is pending, opposed the prayer for relaxation.

Since this Court had specifically directed the petitioner to appear for three months, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.628 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025, at present.
