ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to survey the petitioner's land with the aid of 2nd respondent in respect of agricultural lands measuring an extent of 0.21 cents in S.No.383/3A of Gendikampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 15.03.2024 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for 2/4

survey of the agricultural lands measuring an extent of 0.21 cents in S.No.383/3A of Gendikampatti Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
