ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 05.03.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c),20(b)(ii)(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.44 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in possession of 20 kgs of Ganja. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 20 kgs of Ganja is not a commercial quantity as per Section 3(1) of NDPS Act. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate submits that contraband recovered from the petitioner was 20 kgs, which is commercial quantity. Hence he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was in possession of 20 kgs of Contraband which is of commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
