Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.397 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.397

of 2024 on the file of the respondent police and file final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 12.06.2024 and the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
