The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the learned Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur, on 24.04.2023 and it is yet to be taken cognizance.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed, this Court is not inclined to quash Cr.No.292 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.
