Crl.M.P.No.5337 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.219 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN, J., This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 08.03.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahalir Neethimandram (Sessions Court), Vellore, Vellore District, in Spl.S.C.No.46 of 2017, pending the above criminal appeal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
