The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the M.C. No.5 of 2010 from the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Pondicherry and transfer the same to the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter was called today i.e. 11.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
